Terms of Use
Last updated October 25, 2026
Draft for preview — not legal terms. This placeholder shows how Sprout’s terms of use will read. It hasn’t been reviewed by counsel and isn’t an agreement with anyone.
The plain-language version of the deal: we send the full amount for you today, and you pay it back on the schedule you chose, plus one flat 5% fee. Here’s the detail.
Who we are
Sprout (“Sprout,” “we,” “us”) provides software that lets you send crypto to a wallet address and pay for it over time. These terms cover your use of www.sproutpay.cc, the Sprout app, and any plan you start with us. By using Sprout, you agree to them.
Who can use Sprout
To use Sprout, you must:
- be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live;
- live somewhere Sprout is offered, and not be barred from using it by law;
- use a wallet you own and control.
We may ask for information to confirm your eligibility before you can send.
How plans work
When you confirm a send, we transfer the full amount you chose to the address you entered. In return, you agree to repay that amount plus a flat fee of 5%, on the schedule shown before you confirmed.
- The fee is fixed. It’s calculated once, on the amount you send, and never increases. We don’t charge interest.
- Terms run from 1 day to 12 months. A 1-day term is repaid in one payment the day after you send. Weekly terms are repaid weekly and monthly terms every 30 days, starting one period after you send.
- Payments are equal. The last payment may differ by a few cents so the plan adds up exactly.
Paying back and autopay
You can pay each installment by hand, or turn on autopay. Autopay asks you to approve Sprout’s program as a delegate on your USDC token account, capped at what one plan still owes. We only take what’s due, on or after its due date.
You can revoke that approval at any time, from the plan in Sprout or directly in your wallet. If you do, you’re still responsible for paying the remaining installments on time. You can pay early, in part or in full, at any time and without a penalty.
If a payment is missed
If a payment isn’t made on its due date, you have a grace period of 3 days to make it. We don’t charge late fees.
If a payment is still outstanding after the grace period, you won’t be able to start new sends until your plans are up to date. [Placeholder: collections and reporting policy to be confirmed.]
Limits and supported assets
Each send must be between $10 and $10,000. New accounts start with a limit of $1,000 outstanding, and you can have up to 5 plans open at once. We may change limits for your account at our discretion.
You can currently send USDC on Solana. Supported assets and networks may change.
Your wallet, your responsibility
Sprout never holds your private keys or recovery phrase, and we can’t recover them. You’re responsible for keeping your wallet secure and for every transaction you sign.
Onchain transfers can’t be reversed. Please check the recipient address before you confirm. If you send to the wrong address, your plan still stands.
Network fees
Transactions you sign, such as approving autopay or making a payment, may require a network fee, paid in SOL to the network, not to Sprout. These fees are separate from the 5% fee and are shown in your wallet before you sign.
What you agree not to do
- use Sprout for anything illegal, including fraud, money laundering or sanctions evasion;
- send to an address you know is linked to illegal activity;
- give us false information, or use someone else’s wallet without permission;
- interfere with, probe or overload Sprout’s systems.
Early access and changes
Sprout is in early access. Features, fees, limits and policies may change. If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page, and changes won’t affect the fee on a plan you’ve already confirmed.
Disclaimers and liability
[Placeholder: warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and dispute resolution to be drafted by counsel.] Nothing on this site is financial advice.
